Sign in to https://uga.zoom.us/ and select Settings from the left side menu.
Enable the Breakout room feature to assign participants to breakout rooms when scheduling.
Schedule a Meeting:
Select the Meetings menu item form the left side menu
Select Breakout Room Pre-Assign and import from CSV. See sample .CSV file here.
Click on Import from .CSV and drag and drop the file
Zoom will show the breakout of each room. Check assignments for each room.
Start the meeting,
Select Breakout Rooms
Select Recreate > Recover All Rooms
to pre-assigned rooms
Open rooms for participants.
