Uploading Signage

All Terry signage must be uploaded to Rise Vision before it can be shown on a display. Content must meet Terry’s Digital Signage Guidelines before it can be used in a presentation.

You must be logged into the Terry Rise Vision system to upload content. Once logged in, follow these steps:

1. Click Storage in the top-left corner. The Storage page is displayed.

2. Open

   

   Double-click the folder for the current school year. For example, content that is uploaded during the 2022-2023 school year is named 2022-2023.

   Open

   

    

3. In the folder, click Upload Files in the top-right corner. This opens your file explorer.

    

4. Select the signage you want to upload to the folder. You can upload multiple items at once. Once selected, an upload status bar is displayed.
