There are two methods described.
Option 1 (Recommended)
Navigate to your course in eLC.
Select "Content".
Navigate to a module.
Select "Existing Activities".
Next to the recording you would like to upload, select “Embed”.
Select "Save and Close".
Option 2 (Use this if you need to adjust the HTML page in which the video lives)
Navigate to your course in eLC.
Select "Content".
Navigate to a module.
Select "Upload/Create".
From the drop-down, select "Create a File" (even if it’s something you already created.)
Enter a title for the recording and click the small arrow button for "Insert Stuff".

Next to the recording you would like to upload, click the button for “Embed”. This may take several seconds.
Click “Insert”.
Give the item a title.
Toggle the button for “Visibility” on or off.
Select "Save and Close".
Option 2
Navigate to your course in eLC.
Select "Content".
Navigate to a module.
Select "Existing Activities".
Next to the recording you would like to upload, select “Embed”.
Select "Save and Close".
