It is common for signage to have a date in which it will stop running. This is especially common with signage assigned to the New Terry Digital Signage presentation.

When uploading signage to Rise Vision, it is recommended to prefix the filename with the expiration date of the slide. For example, a slide that is scheduled to expire on March 1 would be assigned a filename of 03-01_Filename.

Why is this important?

Using a expiration date prefix with the filename makes it easier to identify expired signage when removing them from a presentation. For example, New Terry Digital Signage slides that have expired can easily be identified in the playlist if the prefix date has passed.
