OIT has prepared plans for both in person and virtual support scenarios that will be flexible in responding to changing conditions and changes in support needs. Currently, we expect a rise in eLC, lecture recording, and setup requirements for remote work and are developing plans to respond to these needs.

Remote Support
OIT maintains a variety of tools that will enable us to remotely observe and assist with computer problems. Our primary tool will be Zoom, where we can join in a conversation about your needs, observe the issue first hand and if needed, have you grant us the ability to control your computer remotely.
