You will be greeted with a slightly disorganized list of images and folders. If you would like to add your image to a specific folder, you can type in the name of the folder and select it. If you do not have a folder for your image, simply click "Create Folder" and name it appropriately. Once inside the folder, click "Upload Files" and select the image on your computer that you want to upload.

Once uploaded, find it in the list by typing its name into the search bar above the list of images.
When the image is selected, it will have a green checkbox over it. Choose "select."

Knowing Correct Image Dimensions

RiseVision, by default, will do its best to make your image fit within the frame while maintaining original proportions. Best practice is to have your image be the same resolution as the frame. The correct dimension for the Casey Commons video wall is 1920x1080. For the displays that play the "New Terry Digital Signage" presentation, the correct dimension for images is 949x741. Note: RiseVision does not handle image editing besides trying to make it fit within the frame. The image should be given to whoever schedules the slides in the correct dimensions.
