Order Captions in Kaltura

Transcripts won’t be brought automatically into Kaltura from Zoom. Zoom transcripts are downloaded in VTT format which can’t be ingested by Kaltura. We recommend you request machine captions straight from Kaltura.

 

  1. Navigate to eLC > Kaltura >My Media.

  2. Select the video icon

  3. Select Actions > Caption and Enrich

  4. Select Machine, English and Captions and press Submit

  5. The request will be processed in 30min-1h
