Share Video with a Collaborator via Kaltura

Navigate to https://media.online.uga.edu/

Click on “UGA Login” which is located on top right corner of the page and log in with your MyID and password.

You should now see your log in name at the top right of the screen. Select it and press “My Media.”

Select the pencil icon next to the video you would like to share with an individual (who owns a UGA myid).

Select the “Collaboration” tab under the video display.

Open

Select “+ Add Collaborator.”

Type the individual’s myid in the input field, check the “Co-Editor” if you want to give them full permissions or “Co-Viewer” if all you want is to give them viewing rights. Then, press “Add.”

You should see the confirmation of the media collaborator on the screen.
